These are pictures my mom took back in June when we were at her house. This is Kiddie Day at the festival. The little boy is my cousin's son. The poor little guy is allergic to mosquitoes and he got bit a few times the night before the festival. He was pretty doped up on Benedryl. It sure didn't slow either of them down!
