Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes

So, this was dinner tonight...

Sliced potatoes (I did about 9 small potatoes, sliced about 1/4" thick)
1 can cream of chicken soup (I use the 98% fat free)
1 can milk (the cream of chicken soup can filled with milk)
onion powder
garlic powder
ham cut into chunks
handful of cheddar cheese

I washed and sliced the potatoes. I leave the peel on. Then mix the soup & milk & spices together. Put all ingredients in a crockpot on low for 5 hours.

I made this for dinner on Monday night and DH loved it! This is definitely a keeper, and sooooo easy. Thanks again!
